Meet the Managing Director. Amb. (Engr.) Louis Sunday Ezeanya Personal Life: Engineer Louis Sunday Ezeanya is a native of Imo State in Southeast Nigeria, Born and raised in Victoria Island, Lagos, Nigeria. In the 80s and 90s, He witnessed the emergence of the Lekki Peninsula from scratch. Engr. Louis Ezeanya is happily married to Mrs Hannah Elo Ezeanya and blessed with children among them are a set of TRIPLETS whom are the face and brand ambassadors of Ello's Development and Investments Limited. Education: Engr. Louis had his first degree in Computer Science from the Imo State University in 2006 and Master’s Degree in Public and International Affairs from the University of Lagos in 2016. Prior to his sojourn in the higher institutions of learning, he worked as a construction support staff at building sites in Victoria Island and the emerging lekki peninsula. Work Experience: He worked with two of the major telecoms company in Nigeria as a seasoned ICT professional in different capacity supporting the enterprise business thereby gaining over 8 years corporate work experience. Journey into Real Estate: Out of passion for the real estate sector Engr. Louis Ezeanya established Zee Network Solutions in 2014 to trade and sell real estate as a Realtor, armed with industry best practices and knowledge of the emerging markets and real estate development in the Lekki and Ibeju-Lekki corridor of Lagos, He was able to assist numerous clients to acquire over 100,000sqm of land space in Lekki and Ibeju-Lekki. This success and expertise propelled him to establish The Real Estate Merchant Realtors Group in 2017, and formed a team of Real Estate Sales Merchants under the group which further sold over 350,000sqm of Land and over 25 housing units by partnering with trusted real estate development companies to provide sales solutions by the end of year 2020. In Q2 of 2021, Engr. Louis Ezeanya conceived the idea of venturing into Real Estate Development and the ground work began, in early 2022 Ello's Development and Investments Limited was birthed to undertake real estate development. Within 2 months after launch Ello's Development had 3 estate schemes with one completely sold out with a combined Land area of over 70acres of Land in its portfolio which was an industry record for a new development company. Ello's Development and Investments Limited is fully registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria (RC1879682), licensed and regulated by the Lagos State Real Estate Regulatory Authority (LASRERA), and the Special Control Unit against Anti- Money Laundering (SCUML) to practice Real Estate Development in Lagos and Nigeria and currently has presence in 5 major states in Nigeria. Awards and Recognitions: Engr. Louis Ezeanya is the recipient of so many awards and recognition in the real estate sector and in October of 2024 he was awarded the Transparency Africa Honor by Transparency Africa in acknowledgement of his transparency achievement of excellence and integrity to leadership approach in the business of real estate which has endeared clients to his brand.
